I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well heated with all amenities, and the free breakfast and WIFI were great perks, but being on the 4th floor made it very hot without air conditioning, and the noise from the street was noticeable. I did appreciate having an end room with two balconies overlooking the road, which made it special.

The hotel was cozy and welcoming despite some minor inconveniences with room temperature and morning smells reminiscent of cooking. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a fantastic view of the lake, plus the complimentary bike and bus travel card was such a great perk. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs, close to the Ouchy area and just a short distance from the lakeside beach and park. The dining options were plentiful, although a bit expensive. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money!
